Nidera is looking for a Bio Fuels Trader who will:
•
Trade physical biodiesel and bio ethanol, internationally and within Europe
Trade ULSD swaps, CBOT/NYBOT ethanol futures, IPE Gasoil futures and derivatives, for hedging and speculative purposes
Originate feedstock supply- and bio fuel offtake deals
Actively participate in establishing in biofuels production, storage and logistics assets
The Bio Fuels trader will be a key person in Nidera’s Biofuels trading team, which is part of the Commercial Operations group. This group bundles commercial activities such as Trading, Portfolio Management, Bio Energy, Green Power, Research and Development.
The Bio Fuel trader will be a key person in the group called Commercial Operations. This group bundles commercial activities like Trading Operations, Bio Energy, Research and Development. The Bio Fuel trader will report to the manager of the Bio Energy unit.
Master’s degree in business, economics, econometrics.
About 2 years experience in physical diesel or ethanol procurement, marketing and/or trading, OR
About 2 years experience in trading physical oil and/or products.
Established network in the (bio) energy or (petro-)chemical industry.
Derivatives trading and structuring experience is a plus.
Hands-on approach, capable of taking ideas to implementation
Commercial and outgoing, practical and goal oriented
Self initiative/self assured, but also a team player
Numerate, feeling for quantitative analysis
Competitive both base as well as incentive compensation.
